so ya about a year ago i was playin rugby, and made a tackle to my right hand side, and the player kinda went through so I hurt my shoulder, almost like a "dead shoulder/arm". anyways now sometimes when i play it happens me again, for example i was playing in a game and i went to counter ruck and try and steal the ball and got pushed back, and the shoulder feels like it pops out for a second, then goes back in, and im left with just a powerless sore feeling in it then.
this evening then a ball was kicked high, over my head sorta and i went to reach up and catch it but again the shoulder felt like it popped out and then in again. when this happens for a while after the shoulder gets very sore if i straighten my arm out straight up and then move it back a little. also it would be sore if went to sleep on my tummy with my hand behind the pilow brhind my head.
it seems to be the joint? not sure tho?

any1 any ideas on what could be wrong or what i could do to sort it out?

    Hi There

Seriously, you should not be looking for a diagnosis for a injury on a open web forum. You really need to seek professional help to get this issue diagnosed and treated.

Although you may get lots of advice here and it will be given with the best of intentions, you could end up doing more damage by following the wrong advice.

Please see your GP or a good sports physio.
