beginner looking for a light regime to bulk up a little

    Hi all,

    30 year old noob here that has no interest in whey protein but wants to bulk up a little thru some light workouts at home 2/3 times a week,

    can someone point me in the direction of sites to show me how i could make best use of 2 free weights at home.

    I can tell you now that that will get you nowhere. Join a gym, do the starting strenght program by mark rippetoe and drink 4 litres of milk a day. Stop when you've gotten where you want to be.
