Hey guys, I'm sure there are a number of you who like myself, would like to ask about how suitable your diet is for achieving whatever fitness aims you may have, every now and then you'll see threads asking about this sort of stuff popping up so I figured I'd just make one threat entirely devoted to the topic.

    I'll start with the vitals
    Height : 5ft10
    Weight: 137 lbs
    Body Fat %: 14

I'm pretty active, I haven't been doing much over the past couple of months because of a calf injury but it seems that it's finally gone so it's business as usual again. Cardio: I'll spend half an hour on the treadmill at least 3 times a week(5 mins for introduction + cool down, the rest running at 8mph), I'll also spend 15-20 mins with the heavy bag. Weights: Usually twice a week, 30 mins each mixing between dumbbells, lat pulldowns, pec deck & leg extensions. I also do chin ups, pull ups, crunches, lunges, push ups and that sort of stuff at home a few times per week.

My diet has always been a problem, I definitely have a sweet tooth but I'm going to try and stay away from crap so I can move into a single digit BF figure.
Here's an outline of my intended diet...
    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix + 1 Egg
Lunch: Chicken/Vegetable soup, a few slices of Turkey/Ham
    Dinner: 2 Spuds, 2 Veg, 1 Meat/Chicken portion
Snacks: Apples, Bananas, Oranges. Also thinking about Sardines, I don't actually like them but I might force myself to eat them because of their protein content, they are pretty high in fat though, advice?

Oh and I don't smoke or drink. I'm just wondering what you guys makes of that diet, have I missed out on anything major? Should I stick to that layout or should I be eating more smaller meals? Any thoughts, advice etc would be much appreciated, cheers!
