Anyone used Dragonsfire SDK?

Anyone used this? It apparently lets you develop apps on a PC without the need for a mac... Then they will do the final build and submit it to the app store for you. But other than their own web site I don't see very much information on it about the place... No reviews or anything. Makes me a bit suspicious...
