My Weight Watchers food Diary :)

    25TH- APRIL- 2010

    Breakfast- Sachet of porridge made with water - 2 pts
    Tea Spoon of honey - 1/2 pt
    Pink an white wafer - 1/2 pt

    lunch - 0 PT Soup - 0 pt
    1 medium apple - 1/2 pt

    Dinner - 210g chicken breast - 3.5 pts
    1 extra lite cheese triangle - 1/2pt
    salsa sauce - 1/2 pt
    small bit of grated cheese - 1pt
    1 healthy living wrap - 2.1/2 pts.

    that me so far today i am working until 11 pm tonight so i have a ww meal of creamy chicken and mushroom for later on for my tea which is 6 pts. which now calculates to 17.1/2 pts i am allowed 22 per day as there is alot of walkin involved in my job but i try only have 20 so as i can save afew if i have a drink at the weekend etc.. so i have a ww bar and a bag of crisps that values at 2.1/2 pts for both which will bring me up to my 20 pts for today, im feeling very satisfied with my food choice for today and hope it shows on the scales on tuesday.smile.gifsmile.gifsmile.gifsmile.gifsmile.gifredface.gifredface.gifredface.gifredface.gifsmile.gifsmile.gifsmile.gifsmile.gifsmile.gif
