When is being drunk REALLY being drunk?

I often hear people talking about being drunk, but as a boards.ie nation, what would you consider being drunk? A) being tipsy B) swaggering about the place C) slurring your words and talking about stuff you normally wouldnt give a hoot about D) Having to call an ambulance because you look like you've just poisioned…

When is being drunk REALLY being drunk?

When it is a Sunday morning, like it is now, & your still out at a party dying for the five minutes until 9am hits (it's just past 8.55am now) so that a shop will open and you can get more booze for the party to continue...
