5 miles this morning, 10's. I was a bit tired but a good session nonetheless.

Not good at all UL, been on holidays for last two weeks in Alvor. I've been a lazy sod. Managed to get out once and caught a bit of sun stroke so stopped after that. Gonna jog the Dublin 10k this morning and really hope to get back into it then after that. But I'm gonna ditch this log until I get running regularly again. Too many false dawns. I might let Ye know how I get on today but will prob be too embarrassed. Hope to meet menoscemo, RQ and xebec anyway so won't be able to hide too much.

Great day today, met up with the above mentioned lads, had a couple of bulmers berries, and ran around the course in 54:55. Nearly packed it in after 2 k cause I had serious heart burn, a stitch and was generally in bits. Settled down after that, pleased enough for my third run in 6 weeks I'd say. Well done to the two fellas on pb's and the bro in law who had a pb of 40:xx.

A good day out. I think I will Target the 10 miler in august as something to aim for. Gotta get rid of that belly ;).

Hi UL, just want to get back into serious training, but I think I will Target the 10 miler and half in the phoenix park, might even keep menopausal company for the half marathon. I'd do those races if nothing else to meet up with the guys. I'm finding their enthusiasm infectious. Might see yourself there aswell hopefully. think my sisters hubby to be is gonna do them aswell so plenty of incentive.

    Ran 5 tonight very warm I found.............5

Hey just reading through your thread now. Looks like you've tons of experience. Do you know whether the Half Marathon in Waterford in December is hilly? I guess if it is I better start practicing now!!
