So Hard To Get Back Training

    Hi all,

    In October 2008 i joined a fitness class which was 3 days a week for 3 months and was one on one with a trainer. I am now 22, male, 6ft and at the time i was 16 stone and not happy with my body. At the end of the 3 months i dropped 2 stone and was alot more toned. I then joined the gym to try to achieve my main goal of building good quality muscle..I got noticably stronger and bigger but later in 2009 i hurt my back at work and it took awhile to heal, i never really got back into the gym properly after that and my eating habits got worse..I managed to keep the weight pretty much down but my fitness is gone downhill and i have a bit of a belly again..I am now just over 14stone. I recently joined the gym again as my membership was up and have gone a few times but cant seem to get back into it...The only time i can go is before work so that means being in the gym at 6:30am and its so hard to get up that early, in my opinion its worth it because there's usually only one other person in there so i have the place pretty much to myself but easier said than done.

    Anyway, sorry for the essay but i just hope someone on here can offer me some guidance and advice to get a good structure going again.
