    What a book!!!
Best investment I ever made. So many exercises, brilliant diagrams, good descriptions of problems that can occur with each lifting/griping technique.

Could not recommend it highly enough

Only have the second edition of the book but still great. Is there much difference do ya know between the second and third edition? Like worth another investment?

not really. just maybe more notes on incorrect form/grip when doing certain exercises

Have the second edition myself, good book for going back to every now and again and the diagrams are pretty good. Just looking through it last night actually at the shoulder diagrams. The most well thumbed pages in mine are the shoulder injury ones. Id love if they included some rehab stuff, that would be worth forking out for again imo.
