Alienware Powersupply

    Hey,

I'm working on an Alienware laptop for a guy and I'm nearly 100% positive its a faulty power adapter. Only issue is they are big enough to power a microsingularity and none of the generic adapters I have will work.

Does anyone have or know someone in the Dublin / Kildare area who would let me take this laptop over to them plug into there power supply and test the machine?

    Power adapter is Output: 20V --- 11A
and has a 4 pronged plug for the laptop.

I've found a replacement on Ebay but its 60 euro and I dont want to waste money even though I'm 99% sure I'm right.

I always repay favours and I am a very good person to have in your debt.

    Regards

    David
