    Hey! Im a 16 year old and am not entirely skint on money! I av been at the gym for 4 months now and am about 68 kg! Im wondering if im better off either jst getting about 80g to 100g of protein with food or start taking supplements, the main concern is money wise, as i can get food with no cost!
