No to orange juice, its just sugar. Apart from that I think fine, bread is fine if you dont eat much and if you make it yourself much better. I would have milk in the weetabix no protein for breakfast, you must be starving by lunch. Others will say fruit is bad, however I think this is fine. You may need to up your green veg however as this is only one day and you are eating veg twice this may be out of context.

    monday:
    breakfast
Porridge oats (try it uncooked!) with soya milk (sweetened) topped with..
    Blue berries
ground seeds and nuts (table spoon full Linwoods)
1 multi vitamin & multi mineral
    1 gram of vitamin C

    Lunch
Prawn salad with one slice of brown bread or
1 slice of grilled mackerel with fresh salad or
1 breast of chicken with fresh salad

    Dinner
Salmon fillet baked with cracked pepper and garlic or Turkey mince mixed with chilli sauce, kidney beans, black eyed peas, legumes, don't forget some garlic!
    Carrots
    Brocolli
    cauliflower

    "Dessert"
handfull of strawberries with almonds topped with some natural yoghurt

    2L of water
glass of apple juice/grape fruit juice not from concentrate

40 mins fast walk on the beach. Don't forge the rain jacket :)

I added a few bits in above, similar to some of the stuff I would include in a day. Don't worry about not drinking milk or eating cheese its negative effects outweigh any good it does. You can get all your calcium needs from vegetables and fish like sardines.

I think your diet is excellent, Have you tried supplements? if you feel
    your lacking in calcium.

You don't need a calcium supplement if you're eating decent portions vegetables and fish during the week as well as seeds and nuts. Natural calcium over synthetic should also be the first option, supplements secondary.

Be patient. Try not to keep a close eye on the scales.
What type of training do you do? What's the intensity of it?

Apart from that, what are your stats? Weight in KG's and your desired weight?

A banana is not fattening ;)
Do you think you could fit your walk in before breakfast?

Well fattening is probably the wrong word. The average banana carries about 85+ calories but not empty calories. The more ripe the banana the more simple carbs it has, the greener the more complex carbs its has. Don't be afraid of the humble banana!

Before food in the morning the body will work off fat stores for energy so it would be worth the effort! Give it a bash and see how you fair out, give it two weeks.

Have you a heart monitor watch? These are good to make sure your heart is operating at rate that is best for fat burning.
