I recently started putting more focus on deadlifts and nedd advice on a few points.

i'm up to 100kgs for 10 reps at the moment and I weigh 90kgs.

Belt: should I use one and at what point if I should.

Wrist straps(to help me hold the bar):Should I let my forearms take the stress.

    Footwear:soft sole or not.

    Thanks

Shoes - Hard Sole, flatter the better. Converse are a cheap alternative, or else barefoot.

I'd say build up your grip strength and don't use straps. Try an alternative grip, and work in more pull ups to your strength training, should help.

As for a belt, I personally don't use them but the guys at 70sbig.com advocate belts.
