I agree about H&B...I used them at the start. Now, I buy all my supplements on discountsupplements.co.uk. Free shipping if you have a NI address.

    http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/protein-supplements/true-whey-(5lb)/

    90 servings per tub

If you are not sure how much is in the packets/tubs

take the serving size and divide the total weight by it, simples

Some of the flavours of these whey protein shakes can be horrible though. Seeing that there's around 90 servings per tub, that could lead to quite a lot of gagging. Which flavour(s) of the True Whey are the nicest?

In fact, i'm fairly sure its free delivery to the republic for any amount; price or weight. Have bought glutamine before with free delivery, and the other day i bought a shaker for 2.00 sterling (forgot to ge one off myprotein) also with free delivery.

Yeh discount supplements is good for the delivery charge, have bought a few things from them before.

Got a shaker plus one free and free postage for €3.25 in jan.

They charge delivery for heavier items, like tubes of whey etc but the money you save from buying on the net makes up for delivery charges

exactly! €20 for 900g of whey is a rip off plain and simple. and thats at half price, h&b sell it for 39.99 usually. some cheek eh?

Yes it may be a bit cheeky but if people are prepared to pay for it etc. etc.

It's nothing compared to some OTC and POM margins.
Think in the order of a multiple of 150+ as in 30-4500 etcetera.

Compared to these guys H&B are giving the stuff away for free!
