Irelands Strongest Man Under 105kg

    Irelands Strongest Man Under 105 kg is being held at Sports Expo Ireland on Sunday June 6yh 2010 at Limerick Race Course.

    Weight in will be at 9:30am-10am with the competition starting at 10:30am sharp.

    The Events are as follows
    1. Car Deadlift - for reps
    2. Log Press - 80kg for reps - 90 seconds
    3. Farmers Walk and Super Yoke Medley - 100kg farmers and 240kg super yoke 30meters each
    4. Truck Pull - arm over arm
    5. Loading Medley - 4 x 60kg Kegs onto a platform

    The closing date for entries is 1st May and the cost of entry is €35 which must be paid immediatley.

    The winner of this will qualify to go to the Worlds Strongest Man under 105kg

    Strongman Champions Laegue will start after the under 105kg comp and both will be held on front of the main stand at Limerick Race Course.

    It is between 230 and 240kg but rember it is leveraged and above the height of a bar in the gym which will make it more like a partial which is easier

    Its probably a bit beyond my reach at the moment with only a 175 conventional and 200 off blocks.
    If i have no football that sunday,il definetely come down to watch anyway.
