hello gents! first time poster as you can see looking for a bit of advice on a training programme

long story short i'm 19, living a tipical college lifestyle and i'v basically been a lazy git for the last 3~4 years since i gave up footie at around 16. now it's starting to show! i started geting weird pains in my chest lately and i'v put it down to minimal exercise and a terrible diet. trying to avoid some long term damage here :D

i'm really not looking to go all bodybuilder mode here i just want to get fit and try maintain it for as long as possible :P as i said i'm 19, about 5'10 and around 10 stone. i have an ol' exercise bike laying around that i could use but i was looking for some tips/weekly exercise programmes/diets etc that could help me out

    thanks in advance!
