    I had a terrible session at the gym last night, had to drop some weight from the previous week's efforts. Don't think I'm coming down with anything and I ate well and was well hydrated. Don't have a clue what's up heat maybe?

    same with me, last week i did 180x8, 200x8, 200x8, 200x6 no belt deadlifts, and yesterday 180x6 with belt was to heavy :/
