    Hello all, a quick question regarding my routine.

    I have an 11-a-side football match tonight, but was going to hit the gym at lunch for my usual legs/triceps work-out.

    I was wondering if any of you folks could tell me if this is advisable? It's an important match, but are the weights at lunch likely to help or hinder me tonight? Will it tighten me up?

    Any advice is much appreciated.
