A few questions about repeats/free fees (couldn't find it on The Site)

Greetings dudes, REPEATS: What is the total number of repeat exams you can take in one year? Is there a max number you can over the entire course? FREE FEES: If you are repeating a year, do you only have to pay for that year and then you're back on the free fees, or does failing a year kiss free fees goodbye forever?

From what I gather, you only have to pay the 1500 or whatever it is for the year. I'm not 100% sure though.
