    Gym or cycle?..

(I'm not cycling to the gym!).

I'm feeling stressed so a cycle along the coast (Malahide/Portmarnock/Howth/Clontarf) would feel me full of good vibs I guess.

But I started my competition prep on Monday (Judo) for June 6th (with the Northern Irish open on the 24th of this month, but nothing too serious with this, just getting mat time before June).

Bodyweight (on Friday) was 123kgs and 27% BF :o planning on hitting 105'ish for june...

So there's work to be done, however its such a lovely evening - cycle (20-30k) or gym (weights & cardio).

Totally agree - this time next week you will be wishing you went for a cycle when the weather was nice. You can go to the gym any time, but a cycle in such pleasant weather is a luxury - enjoy - i'll probably be up cycling around howth head later myself.

    Ahhhhh, just back - cycled!.

Cool breeze, thankfully I packed some light gloves & wore leggings instead of shorts.

    I feel recharged & refreshed :D

Here's a photo from Baldoyle looking out across the bay and one from Howth Harbour.

You guys interested in meeting up some summer's evening for a spin?.

I don't cycle at all over the winter months, I've a car, I get lazy and tbh cycling during the winter months simply holds no pleasure for me.

    On the road to Howth..

Thanks for the invite. Currently up to my tonsils and won't be back in Dublin for some time to come (living in Navan for my sins). Thinking about the M3 cycle yoke http://www.m3cycle.ie/, TBH dunno if I'll be free for that either.
