i need some advise on how often I need to get my eye Test?

    Hi I am 28 year's old, i work with computers. Lately I have been feeling my eye sight very tired, also my eyes get really sore after a long day at work. I have not had my eye's tested for at least 2 years. Need some advise here? I have read in www.visionexpress.com website that eye test should be done at least once a year? Thanks.

    Eye tests in general should be done once every two years. If you work a lot with computers, most workplaces will have a screening programme set up.
    The guideline by the Association of Optometrists recommend an eye test every 2 years unless advised otherwise.

    Thanks for the advise, i think i need to get an Eye Test soon to test how healthy my eyes are. I found a good deal with Vision Express. They are doing half price eye examination when you book an eye test online.
