confirmed displays for sports expo ireland

    Sports Expo Ireland Sunday June 6th 2010 at Limerick Race Course 10am-7pm

    So far we have confirmed

    Live displays in sports such as
    Krav Maga, gymnastics, MMA, Filipino Martial Arts (Doce Pares Eskrima & Kenpo Eskrima), Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Free Running, Kettle bells, Skate Boarding, Salsa dancing, Ken Do,amatuer boxing, ultimate frisbee and much more

    Seminars by some of the coutries leading proffesionals in areas such as
    Health
    Weight Loss
    Nutrition
    Strength Training

    Want to get involved then you can try a climbing wall, paintballing, archery, Boot Camp Ireland fitness bootcamp, Krav maga class for adults and children, penalty shoot out competition, and childrens obsticle course.

    You can also have a look around the 30 exhibitor stands with some great deals available

    Why not watch Strongman Champions League Ireland, Irelands Strongest Man Under 105kg, IDFPA powerlifting competition.

    So will this keep you busy for the day, why not come to Sports Expo Ireland for a great day out with loads to see and do.

    I have a question. For those of us that don't drive, how does one get from Limerick centre to the racecourse? Is there a bus?

    there will be a bus service running from the city :)

    Speakers will be announced shortly as we want to reveal the full list at once but there are some very good speakers well worth listening to
