Pectoral major Strain

    Guys,

Looking for some advice, I strained my pec major doing flies last October(30kg dumbell each hand) I got it looked at, got two deep tissue rubs. Then began training again....probably not the brightest thing to do.

Anyway I was in my third week of GHVH over a month ago and it totally went, now it is not ruptured, have visited a top physio involved with a top GAA team. But after resting and doing rehab there is no sign of it improving. He has said that there is a serious knot of scar tissue there. But its a bit depressing can not even press a 10kg dumbell now!! Have been squatting and doing deads, but Im getting board to be honest.

Basically has this injury happend to any other users and is there anything else I can do to aid recovery?

    Cheers Dudes.

Sorry but this thread crosses the line into medical advice territory. Your physio is the person to talk to.
