Hi just wondering has anybody got any advice for exercises to lose weight off your calfs. Im losing weight on stomach but i have always had big legs and want to lose weight off them. My main exercise is walking and using my exercise bike.

You can't spot reduce fat. Just keep dieting/exercising and you will eventually see it move.

Duckie, when you say you want to lose weight off your calves, do you mean fat or muscle.

Most people wouldn't carry much fat on their calves. As Mr Pain has said, you can't spot reduce so just keep losing fat generally all over. It will eventually start coming off the legs.

More promlematic if you want to reduce the size of your calf muscles. I'd imagine that as you generally lose weight, your calves will reduce a bit due to them literally being under less workload. While losing fat, you should also lose any intramuscular fat which is fat located within your muscles fibres. Losing this will shrink the size of your calf muscles.
