That sounds like a starvation diet, you will gain it all back the minute you stop.

Agreed, way too low in calories, doubt your getting more than 900 from that menu. It's also devoid of fat and looks lacking in variety. Skinless chicken, handful of salad and fruit juice is not going to provide many nutrients. I would be surprised if you don't start to feel light headed after 4 days of this regime.

Also, don't put any stock in what the scales has to say on a daily basis, especially if your a woman, they can fluctuate by 3-4lb for no reason. If you weigh daily then this will be very disheartening.

This is what you are eating,

Breakfast: Half grapefruit/Glass of grapefruit juice

Lunch: chicken breast (roast, grilled, boiled) and handfull of salad, 6oz glass of prune juice

    Dinner: same as lunch
do not try fooling yourself bulking it out with "water" being listed over and over, you are eating next to nothing and must realise this, the coffee counts for nothing too. Any doctor will tell you that you should aim for 1-2lb weight loss per week MAX. As Temple said your weight will fluctuate all the time, a pint of water will weigh over 1lb if hydrated etc you can vary a lot.

It doesnt have to be that hard!
It is what you do everyday that makes the difference.
Keep up a healthy eating approach, and you'll end up losing the weight faster than ever you could on a starvation program.

To be honest all I could see lots of 'glass of water' with a little food in between
