    Im training for a Marathon and alls I do is eat, I know Im using far more calories and my body is demanding them, Im doing about 50 mile per week. any ideas in what I can do as far as what to eat that will help?

    What is your diet? Could be the foods you are consuming aren't leading to satiety. How's the weight/body composition?

    Might be an idea to check out The Paleo Diet for Athletes. It's geared towards endurance athletes like yourself.
