Put a pair of socks down your jeans, wimminz love the big langers.

If it's a male interviewer, firm handshake.

Tell your boss you will spank him every day and offer any other sexual favours required to secure said position.

Imagine that the interviewer is naked, especially if it's a chick

Just make sure it doesn't spring open accidentally if you do bring an empty briefcase - you'll look like a fool!

Give as little information as possible.
Its best to use one word answers.
Wear a t-shirt and jeans as you dont want to come across as a prude.
Have a distant attitued so you dont seem too interested.
Demand at least 10 grand more then they are offering, if they can hire new staff, they must be doing very very well.
Talk about you sexual conquests, this will show you have confidence and good self esteem.
And lastly, never ask any questions about your postion, if asked if you have any questions, point out that you know it all already.

    Good luck !!!!!!!

"How long do we get for lunch?"
"How much holiday time do I get?"
"How many smoke breaks do I have?"
    "Are those my feet?"

if it's a sales position, give him an example of your ability to sell by setting his tie on fire and offering him a glass of water.

Bring backup copies of your cv.
Study up on what the company does and its sections.

    I haven't heard that one before:eek:

What about when they say tell us about yourself ? Whats the answers to that one ?

If you're not comfortable with your chair ask for another one.

If its a female interviewer complement her on the size of her breasts.

At the end tell the interviewer you will be earning more than him/her in six months. They will be impressed by your self confidence.

Names, age, what you've done professionally up 'til now, what you aspire to do in future, why this job will help you in that, and what you can bring to the role / department.

No need for the embaressed smiley, sounds like good honest work.

Just tell them you're a strong yet sensitive man, you like curling up on the couch with a nice wine and romantic comedy on DVD (anything with Cameron Diaz). You're a die hard romantic and you would never break their hearts.

If they ask you about your weak points just say "If anything, I love too much".

If they ask you what your weaknesses are, tell them you have to constantly check www.boards.ie every 5 minutes much like an obsessive compulsive disorder.

Luckily I do this all the time anyway, not just for interviews. I'd be a shoe-in for this job.

If they ask you what position you see yourself in after 5 years, say 'Yours'.

    Then whip it out.

What do you say if they ask you "are there any questions you'd like to ask us?"

Obviously asking about money is a big no - no, so is there anything inoffensive and neutral you could say?

Almost the equivalent of Fr Ted's "that would be an ecumenical matter" except interview related. ;)

He's either really happy, or in jail for murdering 14 people after an unsuccesful interview.

I just asked "As this is the central office, how many people are employed here?"

She then told me the figure and how that splits into the different shifts and I nodded and agreed politely - no idea if it's a good question or not but I got the job :)

Way I seen it: It wasn't a personal question nor one related to pay/holidays etc. it wasn't about my job specifically but about the company as a whole which I think is the best approach to go for.

The interviewer had to make up the answer as opposed to having one prepared, puts them in a good humour that they could answer (it's a fairly easy question...) and so caps the interview with a nice glossy shine.

Anyone out there in the know please tell me if my line of thinking is complete cac!
