Jump in the car and come down the road to us at www.informedperformance.com We're more of a club than a gym and we have a lot of people who come to us in your position.

    I'd recommend this:

    http://www.bootcampireland.com/

Been going for about a year now. Good fun and find it much better than going to the gym.

Hi paul, firstly well done for making the decision to change. I recently lost over two stone by just changing my diet, im now starting to get some exercise and cant wait to loose some more weight.

Give different things a try - walking, cycling, gym, swimming ect and you will find something you like and dont find too boring.

Have a read back through the forums for help, inspiration and ideas.

    Best of luck.

    howya paul

i'd have to agree with the other poster.

Bootcamp Ireland is a great place to get fit. I'm there a while but I find you can arse around on your own all day in the gym or go to these guys who will make you work out hard for a good hour,

They split their classes into starters / advanced etc.

    no bother to ye!
