focusing on cardio

    well after a few easter eggs, unhealthy weekend drinking and eating I want to start more cardio training, i used do a mix of weights and cardio but now it would be weights 3 days running or x trainer one day
    anyway my question is do i continue the weights and up the cardion say 3-4 days cardio no weights or do weights need to be included also i dont want to take a step back in that area would a week to 2 weeks just cardio be like taking 1 step forward 2 steps back, am just looking to try get a flater stomach :o

    keep both in as much as possible.. if you drop either the other will suffer.. a combination of weight training and smart cardio plus decent diet and decent sleep will always win. good luck with it.
