Dont really know how to begin. hello?
i would really appreciate some help. Im an eighteen year old female student 5ft 4 and 36 kg. I've been severely underweight for quite some time and recently decided to do something about it. I eat 1600 calories a day and am lightly active. Im aiming for a gain of .5 kg a week but am unsure as to how and what to eat. Any suggestions?.Oh and forgot to mention 1600 calories is enough to maintain my weight.

    Hi enigma.

Can I ask, is the fact that you're so underweight due to an eating disorder or physical illness? I assume the answer to your question is not going to be as simple as 'eat more'.

Also what kind of weight do you want to put on? Are you low on body fat or muscle or both?
