    hey

    when i was younger i had a go kart accident, seldom . . usually akard menovering can trigger it to be painfull, been doing light - to medium weights a year without a bothor,
    just afraid to do any damage to my lower back, any reasionabley safe lifting exersizes to try ? only a newbee go asy on me

    You should really go see a good physio, nobody should be giving out advice without knowing your condition as it might aggravate it. If you tell us where you live somebody might recommend a physio. But this thread might be closed if people start giving exercise advice.
