Hey , Im 14 a little overweight , Im not fat , but not perfect either, Im 12 stone (75kg) and around 5'10 . I dont have a gym membership dont have the money. Recently I took up skipping again, I used to boxing but stopped I was getting healthy but I didn't like boxing . I eat a lot not denying that:( . I drink a lot of Milk but funny enough my dad just bought low fat milk so thats good i think ....

So just wondering what do you recommend I do a lot with 2 sets of 5kgs - Yes I know you think Im weak but after a while of doing different exercise with them I can feel it working. I play for my local footie team, i train twice a week . So back to the original problem I eat a lot going to try to cut down, but i just did like 25 mins of skipping, do you think it helps how often you do them ? Do you find it easier then running !

Skipping was an integral part of my boxing training when i used to compete.
I still do now, but it's to complement my weight lifting, here's what i do:
10 rounds, where a round is 2 minutes with a 30 second break between sounds. Break the 2 minutes into 4 thirty second segments like this medium speed/fast/medium/very fast. It will burn you up. once you get fitter do continuous pressups / squats during your 30 second break.

The type and amount of food you eat is just as important as your workout routine.

If you post up a typical day's food I'm sure you'll get some good advice. Though I know you'll probably be limited to what your parents buy if you're 14, they might let you make a few suggestions. If you offer to cook healthy dinners for them they might be even more amenable to the idea!
