Bought this scales today in Argos (79.99 reduced to 39.99 so good bargain). It's supposed to read your BMI, etc etc etc and you use a USB cable to install it on your computer and set up a profile etc.
I can't get it sorted at all
Has anyone else managed to use it?
My computer says "new hardware detected and installed successfully" but I can't find it at all when I go to open it
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks a mil

Did you check if there is a new program in your start menu? Does it show any extra drives in My computer? Did it come with a disc to install some software?

Yes, you need to download the software from the link above. Then set up a profile while the removeable bit of the scale is attached. I just did it - it was easy to do and only took a few minutes.
