Hil all, just noticed while was out running this eveing that i tend to underpornate my feet and is possibly the cause of my legs getting so tired do quickly. Looking at all the runners I have now, I can actually see them all worn down on the out side much more on the inside of the sole, so I must do it while walking too. Can anyone reccomend a good runner to couterbalance underpronation?? Thanks!

It's worth getting someone else (e.g. podiatrist, running shop) to look at you running to see if you really are underpronating. It's unusual and shoe wear isn't always a good indicator. Most underpronators also have a high arch and quite a rigid inflexible foot.

Runners for underpronation don't tend to correct it as such-the aim tends to be more to provide plenty of cushioning because a foot that is underpronating won't work as a good shock absorber. So a neutral shoe with good cushioning would do. Examples would be Nike Pegasus (Nike Vomero is even more cushioned), Asics Gel Nimbus, Brooks Glycerin, Mizuno Wave Rider...
