What's your opinion on this? (mod warn post 28)

On a popular imageboard at the moment, there is a thread where a guy is on chatroulette pretending to be maybe a 15 year old girl using a repeating video. Not nude or anything by the way.. He is chatting to an old man who wants pics of her and stuff.

Needless to say, the old guy is drawn right in and gives out his email which is his first and last name.. Now they're sending screencaps of the conversation to his family and work colleagues over facebook.

His life is immediately ruined. Is this fair? I feel sorry for the guy.. I'm going through his facebook right now and there's a lot of damage going to be done.

If she was clearly underage and he initiated the sex side of the conversation or steered it toward the pics etc, then I've less sympathy for him than I would if it was entrapment.

As fair game as publishing a conversation I might have with a 30 year old woman, for just example.

He's just screwed because He dug his own grave. I don't see anything wrong with this.

Age of consent in Belgium (where the man is) is 16 years old, so the girl is just a year under the age. (not excusing it or anything, just putting things in context)

If he doesn't know she's 15 then I have some (very little) sympathy for him. She looks about 18/19 to me, still shouldn't be asking her o strip off mind. And he should know better than to give out his email, first rule of internet perving is always give a fake email.

It's called the internet. And she's not taking of her clothes.. The girl could be 5 in that video and it would be legal.
