Folks,
I’ve recently ordered from this site. The items arrived within 7 days without the usual delays and addition expenses.
Anyway, I opened the box, and imagine my disappointment to discover my order was a little short. It was only one small item, but it wasn’t there.
Contacted the customer service at Airsoft-club and with 20minutes or so I got a reply. I was giving the choice of refund or choice another item of equal value. Been awkward I asked for ‘store credit’.
To cut a long story short, within an hour I had an e-voucher to use on my next purchase. Not only for the value of the item, but it included the cost of postage of the item.
Can’t recommend this site enough! Great prices, a huge stock of products and possible the best customer service of any HK or mainland based re-seller.
If your thinking about a HK based purchase, you couldn’t do any better than these guys.0 -
