You serious...?? You're actually ragging on Reza's technique? You'll be onto Dimas next. It might not be "textbook" but I'd be sure it's the technique that allows them to lift the most weight. Front squatting over 270kg probably helps too!!!

I'm lifting in seniors at the end of the month, and then down in Cork in October. THe one in October's obviously the one I'll be peaking hard for!! Seniors at the end of the month should be good craic if nothing else, just to get into the swing of things.

There's nothing wrong with his technique just some people don't know the difference between good technique for a normal lifter and good technique for some one who eats normal lifters gotta get those arms around that belly

I think the problem is that he doesn't have a mullet.

I think that basically the point I was making is in there.
I wasn't ragging on anything, it would be fairly silly of me to rag on the technique of a two time Gold medallist and record holder.:)

Its something I picked up on while watching some interviews and doing some reading.
The point that was made was more or less that he had flawed technique but was so frickin strong that he made up for it. Which is Awesome.

Interestingly, it was one such exchange that I heard Shane Hamman admit that he wasn't strong enough to really push at that level.
