    Hi everybody,

I've finally decided to start the coach to 5k. I've read about the importance of a good pair of running shoes and that every runner has a different type of gait, and that you should get this analysed in order to get the right shoes. Does anyone know if there is anywhere in Limerick city where you can get this done?

UL arena do do them every few weeks through mizuno feet first.

In the meantime you can go to foot solutions on o connell street to get a gait analysis and you don't have to buy after.
