    Hi,

Im hoping someone can help with my diet, Im trying to lose some body fat and tone up at the same time.
Exercise eould include 5-a-side soccer, a 8-10k run and a boot camp class in the gym (once a week for each)

Breakfast would be generally 3 scrambled eggs (no added butter, only small milk and pepper) and coffee

Lunch; Toasted wrap with ham chicken cheese & tomato

    5-6pm assorted fresh fruit

    Exercise/gym gebnerally between 7 and half 9

10:30 dinner, generally meat (2 pork chops/2 chicken fillets/steak) with veg generally frozen peas at they are cooked quicker and sometimes tins of baked beans.....very rarely have carbs ie pasta/potatoes/rice with dinner.

Occasionally at the w/e would indulge in a few beers/steak and chips or some other junk food

I also try and drink 2-3 litres of water per day.

Is there anything Im missing or should be eating apart from the obvious junk food at weekend.

Weight loss and toning has definitely eased off in the last few months and need some changes/motivation.

    Thanks in advance for help/advice

    whats your height and weight?

A good weights program done 2-3 days per week would do more for you in terms of overall appearance

I wouldnt mind doing a weights programme, I intend doing a weights session every weekend or second weekend when I have someone to do it with.

I go to the gym in Dublin on my own, and cant really afford a personal trainer and wouldnt be confident enough to do weights on my own, hence I do the bootcamp class and more cardio

man you must be milling the food into you at the weekend as diet looks ok (needs some work but not terrible) as at 510 and 14st you should be dropping weight fairly easily.

Again a good weights program would help bucketloads

getting more good fats in would also help

    What are "good fats"

I started healthy eating/exercise about a year ago. Weight fell off me for the first few months.

Was approx 15 and a half stone, and I know my legs have bulked up muscle wise so could have easily lost 2 stone of body fat.

Its just started to stall weight loss wise, and I want to try and kick start it again
