    Hey all :D!

If one had to design a fitness test using just an exercise bike and a blood pressure machine, how could they go about it??

I would have thought a treadmill would have been more suited but...

One would need to define what they're looking to test. Fitness is kind of a broad term. You could see how fast they cycle 2k, or how far they could cycle in 20 minutes, or an hour, or 30 seconds. You need to figure out what you want to test first. And the blood pressure cuff? Why? HR monitor is more useful.

I dont get that about the BP monitor? Obviously that will rise on exertion... i presume the op meant a HR monitor

Hi again, the instructions given are VERY vague... I think I may be able to use an ecg machine too?

Again, why? What will an ECG trace show you?

    What is this for?
