Im just looking for some advice on the best way to split up my weights schedule over the week. How many times per week can you train a specific muscle group?
My routine is currently something like this:
Monday, all upperbody( Benchpress, Chinups, Lateral Raises,ShoulderPress, Bicepcurls, triceps dips, upright row, barbell shrugs) I do about 3 sets of 8 reps for each, with heavy weight.
    Tuesday, Cardio and Abs
Wednesday, Legs only (Dumbell squats, lunges, stepups, calf raises)
    Thursday, All Upperbody Again
    Friday, Cardio and abs

Just looking for any pointers on how I can improve this routine

Have you exhausted full body training? How strong are you? Squat, deadlift, bench, press, etc.

agreed - post numbers. Number of pull ups/chins you can do. Press ups for max reps with chest to floor?
