Well he's certainly not funny (insane or otherwise) imho. Then again tbh I never* find culchie gombeens funny. Their humour is too parochial and I find they're trying too hard to be funny.

*The only exception being commentator Eddie Moroney and I suspect he was actually trying to be serious so I guess it doesn't count. But either way I did enjoy laughing at him if not with him.
