How do I do a pressup

    I know what a pressup is and I'm well able to do them I'd know by the look of them but i can never get the tecniqe right!!!

    I'm like the only one at trainin that mucks up

    You tube is your friend, there are bound to be loads of vid on press ups.

    There's also loads of squats video's on YouTube that would probably kill you when the bar got heavy :)

    But generally as long as you keep your back straight and don't let your elbows flair out you can't go too far wrong. You can either do them with your elbows parallel to your side (more shoulder work), or perpendicular (more chest). For your hands you can either do them with hands on the floor or from your fists, I prefare from the fists, but it's largely just personal preference.
