Can't say which is better as I have only ever tried WSFSB - but, the first time I tried it, I completely changed my body in six weeks. I got more results in those six weeks than in 11 months of going to the gym before that - far more to be honest.

Having said that, I've often heard it said here that when you PROPERLY work out and follow a good programme for the first time - you will get astounding results so maybe either of these will do the trick for you if you've never really followed a decent programme before - as I hadn't at the time.

Yeah i get your point and thanks for the advice.:):)
I got alot better results when i switched from those sh1tty programs my instructor kept insisting on giving me(which got me little reward) to starting strength. I did this for 4 months my weight shot up from 13 to 15 stone with little bodyfat gained.

Last summer i changed gyms and shot up to 15.5 stone on billy starrs 5x5 program. I then stayed at this weight but my strength levels increased. However in november i got injured which meant that i couldnt do any sports until early march. Put on approx 3kg of FAT(WHICH I WANNA LOSE)

Now my strength levels have decreased as expected and im just lookin at which program would allow me to gain my strength levels back in the shortest period of time because i dont want to keep goin over those reset phases and "waste time", if you know what i mean.
