Calorie Count

    Can anybody who knows more about calories give me a rough estimate of my calorie intake, i may be not counting all calories. Most days i start the day with 3 weetabix with the super low fat milk, not much milk. Lunch brown soda bread and an activia or apple. Dinner 2 potatoes and breadcrumbed chicken piece and veg. Drinks diluted lemon and orange or pepsi max. So feels like im not using many calories so maybe every second night have two or three squares of fry's chocolate.

    So im calculationg right breakfest roughly 250. Lunch 260. Dinner 600?
    So 1110 but this seems to low so maybe i am not calculating right, or is this healthy.

    hey

    i used fitday.com for a few weeks its an on line food logger great for figuring out calories etc...after a few weeks you get the hang of doing it yourself..

    check it out..
