Im not sure im one to offer advice but id say put up a more detailed daily diet just chicken roll at lunch and let people critique it for you.

All the info you need is in the stickies already anyway so give them a good read and you'll be well on yer way.

Look up HIIT and try it too, great way to help you "Get faster, fitter, slimmer"

first off kid chill out and relax ur 15..... get ur diet sorted first.....that is the one priority....as for getting fitter and slimmer you have a free summer ahead of you so use that aswell as ur football to get fit

your descriptions are all very vague? theres no mention of training or overall diet? tho to be honest id also agree magotch07 on being as young as you are an just enjoying life

As the others have said, the stickies are full of useful information.

Post up what you ate yesterday and how much of it. All of it. Down to what you drank. Biscuits you had. Everything.

Also, try to be clear on your goal....what you want to achieve and how you'll know when you've reached your goal. Simply "I want to get fitter" will motivate you for about a week. But "I want to be able to run 10K in 40 minutes" or "I want to be able to deadlift 150KG and bang out 20 full range chin ups" (for example) is something you'll know you've achieved.

er, more cadio will make you fitter, more sprinting will make you faster. eating less will make you slimmer, eating more good stuff will make you heathier.

honestly kid if you want to do something about your fitness/diet etc you will have to take a deatailed diary of what your eating and what excercise your doing

    Something like:

08.00: 2 boiled eggs, slice of wholewheat toast, butter

    13:00: Chicken fillet roll

    18:00: ...

Whatever. Just a bit more detail on your average day - what you eat and what amount you eat (include snacks and drinks), and what exercise you do and for how long.

It'll be easier for people to give you advice then.
