    Hi All,
Sorry if this thread has been done before.

Just wondering with Call of Duty on XBOX live and games like Aliens V Predator being released again on the PC. What games would you love to see updated with next gen graphics and made compatible with New PC's/Next Gen Consoles ?

For me it would have to be

    Clive Barkers Undying
    System Shock 2
Battle of Britain / Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe
    X-WING and Tie Fighter Series
A-10 Thuderbolt Sims on the PC

Bruce Lee on the C-64 :D
    Kick Off 2
    Pilot Wings
    Carrier Aces (SNES)

That's all I can think of at the moment but what would yours be ?

Hells yeah on those! I think I'd like the whole back catalogue of the Lucas Arts point and clickies. The likes of Grim Fandango. I know they've just redone Monkey Island and they're thinking of doing the second.

    Maybe Flashback (Megadrive) too.

I don't really see much point in remastering most games, but I'd like to play pokemon in HD on a new Nintendo home console instead of a handheld, just to see some really detailed creatures and a more immersive world.

Panzer Dragoon Saga. More people need to play that game.

Ya chin_grin I loved the old Lucas Arts adventure games like 'Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis' , 'Loom' and 'the Dig'

And lets not forget the classic
    Knight Games :D
    IK+
    Barbarian
Stunt Car Racer (what a game)
    Airbourne Ranger

Even a remake of a pretty Recent Game B-17 Flying Fortress
    What potential that Sim had.

Well for one thing you've a few generations of people who've never played them as potential customer base.
Provided they don't mess with the game mechanics it'll be a hit with the people who owned them in the past and I'm sure developement time is much quicker to Market as the Story / Level design and script is already complete.

Hoping that the Deus Ex and Half life project that are ongoing for years see the light of day eventually. Still brilliant games regardless mind.

Would love to see that Chrono Trigger Rebirth project completed.

Also, Fallout 2 running on the Fallout 3 engine. Hookers and all!

Every time this thread comes up I say Syndicate in the hopes that whichever publishers currently have the rights will see it.

I was always very surpised that nobody ever made a sequal to Syndicate Wars :(

I also want to add a HD/sprite redraw for Streets of Rage 1. I love the music in the game but the sprites and animation come nowhere near 2 & 3

    Strider

Its often been rumoured a HD version was in the works at capcom but nothing ever came of it.

    Bombjack
    Bad Dudes
    Putty (Amiga game)
SWOS (Not an Xbox arcade version, a proper full-on upgrade to the original Amiga game)
    Dune
...and lastly, turning the original Monkey Island into a full blown MMORPG.

System Shock 1 and 2 would be nice. I haven't played them and I love Bioshock.

A full console RPG version of Pokémon would be amazing, that'd sell like crazy too. I'd prefer it was just the original 151, but I imagine Nintendo would want compatibility with the DS ones.

Gotta agree on Clive Barkers Undying, System Shock 2, FF7, Deus EX and Syndicate. I'd also like to add the first two Thief games, Interstate '76 and Mechwarrior 2.

FA18 interceptor on the amiga, great game.

A graphical touch up to today's standards would be tasty. It wasn't a full simulator, as in you could flick every switch in the cockpit, but the controls were decent. Missions were good, atmosphere in the game was excellent too.

jaysus, I might even get the amiga out of the press this evening and see if it'll still read the disk.

The rumoured remake was apparently shelved yesterday by EA.
