Talking in the steam room?

What's your view on this? I usually go in on my own and hate when people are talking loudly between themselves. Today I walked in and another guy in there started talking to me -kept up the conversation but there was noone else in there for the whole thing so didn't mind really.

i dont see a problem with talking to your mate or when other people are talking

some of the conversations can be pretty funny actually

Like every other area of the gym, a hardcore steely silence must be maintained at all times. If someone looks at you, stare back directly into their eyes until they look away. If they attempt to talk to you, do the same while flaring your nostrils. If that doesn't work, they've given you explicit permission to grab them by the throat and choke the life out of them.

No one fcuks with me in the gym and gets away with it.

I thought my gym was the only one with that problem? I mean, people talking to each other? What's the world coming to *rolls eyes*

i find that talking in the steam room increases the gains i see on my curls....talking about political topics seems to have the best affect while talking about money seems to have the worst...it also seems to keep me more focused on being a super ninja....

I couldnt possibly comment on that:( except to say that heat causes expansion:pac: and that my gym doesnt have a steam room:D
