+1 a billion times over. The Dragon Gate crew may have had better matches in Japan over the years (theres an insane 4 team 12 man tag thats ridiculous in particular) but like with Joe/Kobashi the reactions of the ROH crowd make this extra special.

Not even close to being a wrestling match but when I first saw this it blew me away,the big bump literally had me on the edge of my seat and is one of the biggest holy sh1t moments for me,right up there with Foley taking the header off the cell.

One of my favorite WWF matches of all time. The psychology in this is off the charts from bothe men. Michaels attacking Foley's hand to negate the mandible claw, Foley stabbing his own leg to get the feeling back in it, some in sane highspots. Foley reckons this was his greatest match, I agree.

Taker and Michaels have given us two amazing matches at the last two Wrestlemanias. But dont forget these two men also appeared in the first and best ever Hell in a Cell match at Badd Blood. Brilliant match. Also the debut of Kane.

Great choice. Its also my favourite Foley match ever. It was in Philadelphia the old stomping ground for ECW. Before the PPV started on TV they had to send out Mankind to the ring to put down the Phillie fans so as they wouldn't cheer him in the match against Michaels.

Thats the one I was going to post. There are better wrestling matches in this thread, but this match has massive importance to me. I was 10 when this match happened. I taped it and watched it the next day. When the lights went off, i started jumping around the room with excitement as i knew it was going to be kane the build up to the match was amazing. I seen this match a few months ago, i for got how good it was. It was the first time i seen the match in years.

All I can say is god bless Kurt Angle. Dude was working really beat up and he had an amazing match.

Actually had a poll set up on this a few weeks ago but had to have 2 differant threads to fit all the matches, and wasnt too sure on it, since it would clutter the place up too much, but i'll set that up again if thats cool with everyone

I can only imagine the murder with actually ranking matches better than another! Maybe group them by era would be better? Hulkamania, New Generation, Attitude, Desire/Evolution (night after WMX7-WM21), PG (2005+)
