I must say i'm probably the worst when it comes to eating sensibly. I'm probably lucky that i just go with the, "a little of everything in moderation" rule.

Anyway, in an effort to lose a few pounds coming into the summer and tone up, i'm hoping someone can help me with calories etc.

Every morning i have either a small skinny hot chocolate or medium cappaccino before work. Maybe a bannana at 11am. Some mornings i might have a scone with butter instead of the bannana.

Lunch is either bowl of cereal or chicken sandwich etc.

Dinner is meat balls with feta cheese salad or chicken stir fry with chips.

On the weekends i tend to have bowl of cereal with low fat milk in the morning, bagel with cheese and salad and then dinner (could be chicken, beef, salad and chips/potatoes).

Anyway i don't think i'm overeating but i'd like to know calories in my morning meals as i think that's where i may be consuming too much with hot beverages. I can't go without them as i love them too much:o

Any ideas? And also am i better eliminating them out of my diet if they are very calorific?

I'm pretty active and am not overweight, probably perfect weight. But i'd just like to lose a few pounds and tone up for summer as such.

chips arent the best tbh! the banana would be better than the scone. cereal is a crap lunch - try whole emal sandwich or even better tuna / chicken a lot of salad

regarding the calories in latte etc, it says it on the back of the box if you are using shop bought instant stuff?

It's the professional machine made hot chocolate/cappaccino's (like O'Briens etc.), not box or shop bought.
